To be completely honest, after around 30 years of dealing with similar companies and the wider pharmacy sector, I can genuinely say that I have rarely come across a team like Navi Group. What has really impressed me is not just the software itself, but the level of personal service and support behind it. The customer service, IT support, pharmacy services and advice have all been excellent. Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, patient, approachable and genuinely interested in helping.

I would also say that DispenSense is an exceptionally versatile system. I have used a lot of  different pharmacy software over the years, but I haven’t come across anything quite like it, particularly in the way it supports and helps you manage the dispensary. The financial analysis, consolidation and reporting are very easy to understand and, more importantly, they give you useful information to identify problems, understand what is happening in the business and take action.

For me, that is where the real business benefit is. It can save a lot of time, improve efficiency, help identify where money is being lost or where processes can be improved, and ultimately help you run the dispensary better. It does take a little initial training, but the onboarding was seamless and once you get familiar with it, it is genuinely very powerful, but for me the real difference is the combination of the software, its versatility and, above all, the personal service and quality of the people behind it. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Navi Group and DispenSense.
