Pharmacist John Carroll founded and established Axium Buying Group in 2009. Axium is the largest independent community pharmacy buying group in Ireland, supplying over 600 independent pharmacies. John is originally from Kerry and now lives in Kildare with his family.

Peter brings 15+ years’ retail experience to his role of Chief Procurement Officer, having previously worked as Commercial Director (Wholesale) for Navi Group, and prior to that for Lidl Ireland and Applegreen in a variety of Senior Commercial and Operational roles.

Leigh brings 20+ years’ experience to the CFO role with prior senior positions in Finance, Operations, Business Development and General Management in the Manufacturing, Technology and Software Development industries. Most recently, Leigh lead the transformation of 2 UK-based recycling and manufacturing businesses.

Aisling joined Navi in 2017 via our graduate programme. She spent some time in OTC Buying before moving on to the position of Retail Operations Manager, managing a group of our franchisees. In her current role as Head of Business Relationship Management, she manages all customer relationships across franchise, broker, IT & marketing.

Breege brings extensive experience to her position, having over 20 years' experience in Customer Support and Operational roles. She has created a robust management system by implementing CRM, which aids Navi Group in training, relationship management, and customer support. Her strategic vision and leadership have consistently led to improved customer relationships and positive customer experiences.

Finn brings 25+ years’ experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer, including the successful delivery of IT projects and services in the software, telecommunications and retail industries. His expertise includes software strategy and managing complex IT systems to deliver business value.

Martin brings 25+ years’ commercial and operations experience to his role of Director of International Wholesale, having previously co-founded Seoulista Beauty®, and prior to that for the L'Oréal Group, serving as a commercial manager for multiple brands across their consumer and professional products divisions.

Javier originally worked with Navi on contract from Grant Thornton for 8 months before joining permanently as Head of Finance. Javier comes with a wealth of experience from the Professional Services, Insurance, Energy and Financial Services sector.

Louise has over 20 years of experience in People and Human Resources across a range of sectors such as Online Retail, Logistics and Engineering. Louise supports the team at NAVI across all aspects of People, such as finding and growing talented people, and ensuring we have all the people processes, skills and capabilities to enable the company to grow even further.
