About the Role:We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to support our business and technology initiatives. This position is ideal for someone early in their career, possessing strong analytical thinking, a foundational understanding of tech, and basic project management skills. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts to drive projects from concept to delivery.
What You’ll Do:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements through meetings and workshops
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
- Support process mapping and documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios
- Help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Define acceptance criteria and assist with user testing
- Understand basic system architecture, data flows, and integrations
- Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Act as a communication bridge to help reduce escalations
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure project success
- Manage project repositories in tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, etc.
- Document decisions and change requests to prevent scope drift
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project support
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
