What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will:
  • Orchestrate the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new pharmacy customers, ensuring each one is set up for success from day one
  • Set up new customers across our internal platforms and gather required details from suppliers to keep timelines on track
  • Conduct site surveys to assess hardware needs and ensure smooth system installation
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and demonstrations for pharmacy owners and teams, both onsite and remotely
  • Test new software features before rollout and perform essential data validation for accuracy
  • Provide early‑stage support and aftercare to newly onboarded pharmacies, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their transition
Who You Are
You are someone who:
  • Has experience working in a pharmacy environment and understands systems such as EPOS or dispensary software
  • Is highly organised, able to juggle multiple onboarding tasks with ease
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Is comfortable delivering training and demos — whether in person or via remote tools
  • Has excellent attention to detail, especially around system setup and data accuracy
