We are so excited to be shortlisted for the Customer Experience Awards 2025 in the Pharmacy category.

Customer experience is something we at Navi Group pride ourselves on, both from the perspective of our own network of pharmacy customers, as well as the customers who come into our pharmacies every day.

To be recognised for our dedication to customer service is a fantastic achievement, and our customer facing teams are truly deserving of this recognition.
