Meet our alumni: Navi Graduate Programme
Aisling Smith, Head of Business Relationship Management
Here at Navi, we set out to create a Graduate Programme where a graduate can become a future leader and make an impact on our business, by fostering an environment of diverse, on the job learning and training.
Our first ever graduate to join the programme was Aisling Smith, whose success story from graduate to Head of Business Relationship Management is one to be inspired by.
Aisling joined the Navi Graduate Programme upon its conception in 2017, spending time working in each department within the company, including the hands-on work on the road visiting pharmacies.
After completing the graduate programme, she progressed to the position of OTC Buyer, then taking up the position of Retail Operations Manager shortly thereafter. In this position, Aisling managed a large group of our franchise members, on the road daily. Aisling has recently taken up the role of Head of Business Relationship Management on our Senior Management Team, managing all customer relationships across franchise, broker, IT and marketing in Navi Group.
Prior to joining Navi Group, Aisling completed her undergraduate BSc Psychology degree from Dublin City University in 2016, going on to complete a master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Limerick in 2017. These qualifications gave Aisling a fantastic basis from which to progress in her career, particularly in her current role as Head of Business Relationship Management.
“The Navi Graduate Programme came at the perfect time for me, - I didn't know exactly where I wanted to specialise after finishing university, so having the opportunity to try my hand in each different department gave me a great idea of what I liked and would like to pursue further.
