Here at Navi, we set out to create a Graduate Programme where a graduate can become a future leader and make an impact on our business, by fostering an environment of diverse, on the job learning and training.

Our first graduate focus is Aideen O’Malley, who joined the graduate programme in September 2021 – a difficult time to join as we were largely working remotely during this period due to the pandemic. However, Aideen had no problem showing her enthusiasm, skills, and willingness to learn in each of her department rotations.

Aideen was, in fact, promoted out of the graduate programme early, when she was offered the position of Marketing Executive at Navi. Aideen slotted right into the marketing department and her dedication, expertise and determination have made her an invaluable asset to the team ever since.

Prior to joining Navi Group, Aideen achieved both a Business Management Certificate, and completed a degree in Retail and Service Management, Business in TUD (Technological University Dublin).

“The Navi Graduate Programme allowed me to get exposure across multiple departments. Being involved in dynamic projects within the business meant I got hands-on experience. I was supported through my journey with training and monthly check-ins with my grad coordinator. I was promoted to Marketing Executive after my time in the grad programme and I am looking forward to continuing to develop my skills in Navi Group.” – Aideen O’Malley
