TouchPlus Technologies Ltd, part of the dynamic Navi Group, delivers IT solutions to over 450 retail customers across Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re launching a dedicated Support & Maintenance Team—and we’re looking for a hands-on, agile Project Manager to lead the way.
What You’ll Do- Stand up and lead a brand-new agile support and maintenance team, shaping its processes and culture from day one
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprints, retrospectives, and continuous improvement for a high-performing team
- Own incident and issue management—work directly with your team to investigate, triage, and resolve customer-reported issues, ensuring top-tier service and communication
- Collaborate across the business, partnering with Customer Support, DevOps, Product Development, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions
- Drive process improvement, championing lean, predictable, and quality-focused delivery practices
- Promote a culture of learning and accountability, ensuring your team is always evolving and delivering value
What You’ll Bring- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Proven success leading agile software development or maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of agile and lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with incident and problem management in a production support environment
- Familiarity with software engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Based in Dublin, with the ability to work on-site in a hybrid model (3/2 WFH)
