TouchPlus Technologies Ltd, part of the Navi Group, is seeking a visionary Product Owner to lead the roadmap and delivery of our cloud-based pharmacy dispensing product.
Join a dynamic team powering IT solutions for over 450 retail customers across Ireland. You’ll be the voice of pharmacists and patients, ensuring our dispensing system meets the highest standards in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Product Roadmap: Prioritise features and fixes, balancing customer needs, compliance deadlines, and technical capacity
- Champion Pharmacy Practice: Ensure our product reflects real-world dispensing workflows and patient safety
- Drive Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of Irish pharmacy regulations (HSE, IPU, PSI, GDPR) and translate requirements into actionable development tasks
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business analysts, customer service, development, QA, and DevOps to deliver quality solutions
- Lead User Acceptance: Approve new features, own release notes, and communicate product updates to customers
- Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops with pharmacies and track product KPIs to drive ongoing enhancements
- Significant leadership experience in pharmacy operations (community, retail, or hospital)
- Deep knowledge of dispensing procedures, pharmacy workflows, and patient safety
- Familiarity with medical record and dispensing software systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience defining and prioritising requirements for development teams
- Understanding of Irish pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in software development
- Exposure to agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and healthcare IT integration
- Experience in change management and customer communication
