We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Technical Product Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting our Dispensary and EPOS products offerings and supporting the sales team in closing sales. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate product solutions. Role specification:- Proactively work with the Sales team to schedule demos and identify new business opportunities when in the region
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Listen to customer requirements and identify products that best meet their needs by gathering all software and hardware requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customer that showcase the Dispensary and EPOS product benefits and solutions.
- Keep accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM system.
- Attend monthly product training to stay updated on the latest product developments and roadmap
- Provide feedback to deployment and product teams on specific requirements from customers to include on the roadmap for development
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to assist in closing the sale
- Reporting weekly and providing feedback from demos, following up on quotes and contracts
- Provide full brief to deployment team to prepare for installation
- Experience in using a pharmacy Dispensary and EPOS systems
- The role requires travel nationwide
Skills/Experience specification:- Proven track record of negotiating and influencing
- Experience of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or regulated industry essential, service/retail industry experience desirable
- Proven track record of driving and building relationships in the pharmacy sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with pharmacy customers
- Exceptional organisation skills and a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Full, clean driving licence
