About the role:
​We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Navi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are correctly displayed, priced, and rotated according as per our planograms and company standards. This role requires a 3 day week and may require overnight stays, depending on the pharmacy location.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Merchandise pharmacy products in line with planograms and seasonal layouts
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and well-presented
• Rotate stock and check for expiry dates to maintain product quality during the pharmacy onboarding
• Install and update promotional displays and point-of-sale materials
• Communicate with store management regarding stock levels and layout adjustment
• ​Adhere to all health, safety, and pharmacy compliance policies
• Report on merchandising issues or improvements to Business Development Manager
• ​Support the Merchandising Manager with training of new staff members when completing onboarding
• Prompt and accurate reporting on all store visits​

About You:
This is a nationwide role and fully expensed company transport will be provided, therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have an eye for detail and be able to interpret planograms and sales information. You will also have the ability to lift and move products and store fixtures and fittings required for display set-up. Previous experience of retail merchandising is desirable.
