We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Project Management for new Franchise and Silent Symbol onboarding
  • Building Macro Layouts for Franchise and Silent Symbol customers
  • Ownership of planogram updates, maintenance of planogram schedule, liaising with the commercial team and suppliers to ensure planograms are optimal
  • Responsibility, supported by the marketing team, for the build of promotional and seasonal point of sale design to ensure greatest sales increase for members

Role specification:
  • Responsible for the management of Franchise Gantt, liaising with National Sales Manager to ensure all processes are being followed in a prompt manner to commence onboarding
  • Project Management for new Franchise and Silent Symbol Onboarding, ensuring all stakeholders have tasks completed as per timeline
  • Liaising closely with the commercial team and suppliers to ensure joint business partnerships are being activated
  • Analysing market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed decisions on product selection
  • Planning and executing merchandising strategies to optimise product assortments and maximise sales and profitability using planogram software
  • Developing and managing merchandising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive sales and meet financial targets (e.g. Point of Sale and Christmas)
  • Conducting regular store visits and market research to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and address any potential issues
  • Responsible for ad hoc analytical support to generate and interpret financial and business specific analysis
  • Ownership on the implementation of the franchise and silent symbol trade plan
  • Responsible for the management of franchise refit suppliers, retail consultants, contractors and associated LTAs for Navi Group
  • General promotion of Navi Managed Pharmacy Services Software Solution with customers

Skills/experience specification:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmacy industry
  • Primary degree, Business, Marketing or Sales is preferrable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with pharmacy customers
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proficient in excel
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Experience with CAD is beneficial
