About the Role:
As Business Relationship Manager for our Franchise Division, you’ll be the key link between Navi Group and our valued franchise partners, to support them to grow and improve their Pharmacy business.

You’ll build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring our franchisees receive outstanding support and guidance across all aspects of their business. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping partners maximise the benefits of our technology, retail, and operational solutions, and championing their success within the wider Navi Group network.

Your role will involve regular site visits, performance reviews, and the coordination of resources to help franchisees achieve their goals. You’ll also play a vital part in onboarding new partners, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the division.

You’re a relationship builder with a passion for helping businesses succeed. You bring experience in account management, business development, or franchise support—ideally within pharmacy, retail, or healthcare.

You’re an excellent communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your organisational skills and commercial acumen help you juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive on making a positive impact for your partners and your team.

Experience with pharmacy systems or franchise operations is a distinct advantage, but your drive to learn and grow is what sets you apart.
