REPORTING TO: Head of Business Relationship Management

Role specification:
  • Responsible for building trusted relationships with pharmacy customers and partners, liaising with key decision makers to maximise revenue for our independent pharmacy partners
  • Liaise with the Procurement team and provide advice and feedback in relation to correct inventory management
  • Managing the development of sales pipeline for Navi Products and Services, Axium, Navi Franchise, DispenSense, TillSense and all other services
  • Work with marketing and the rest of the sales team to develop personalised approach to Navi service sales
  • Improve the commercial terms with current partners where possible
  • Manage any relevant customer contracts, loan agreements and other legal engagements
  • Assist the Customer Service Team to communicate customer requirements throughout the business and ensure that these requirements are addressed appropriately
  • Provide regular reports on market pricing and volumes, and other insights gained from customers.
  • Review company practices to ensure customers get maximum satisfaction from their interactions with Navi Group
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal team and ensure that annual financial objectives are aligned to ensure the business meets it KPIs - both quantitative and qualitative
  • Lead a continuous improvement process for selling and operations functions
  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals of the board and shareholders

Skills/Experience Specification
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related position
  • Experience of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or regulated industry essential, service/retail industry experience desirable
  • Proven track record of driving and building relationships in the pharmacy sector
  • Requirement to focus on continuous improvement, excellence in managing the day to day
  • Integrity, determination, and resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and work within a team and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with pharmacy customers
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a strong work ethic
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Requirement to be both field based and in the office as business requires
