Data Storage & RetentionNavi Group operates and uses appropriate technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data.
We have taken appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access, in connection with your job application.
Storage of my personal dataIf your application for employment is successful and you commence employment with Navi Group, your personal data will be transferred to an individual electronic file held by the People & Payroll team and will be processed for employment purposes in accordance with our internal rules for processing employee personal data.
We will house your data in our internal HR system, Access PeopleHR, limiting access to those that have legitimate purpose to do so, as outline above.
In the event that you do not enter into employment with Navi Group, we will retain your personal data for 2 years after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Your RightsUnder GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request access to your personal data.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing.
- Portability: Request transfer of your data to another organization.
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data.
