Stages to opening a franchise

Initial meeting

Now that you are going to become a CarePlus Pharmacy, we will survey and take stock of your store or new building. Our in-house retail architect will then do a design and layout proposal for your store, taking into account your budget and implementing years of our pharmacy knowledge to ensure your pharmacy is perfectly tailored to your needs, both now and for the future.


Design and budget agreement

We will work with you to develop a store design that fits both your budget and your business needs, to ensure your CarePlus Pharmacy is maximising your return on investment and futureproofed to grow with you and your customers.


Project planning and build

Now that you are happy with your plan, we create a project implementation plan specific to you, and competitively tender the works with best-in-class contractors, managing the process for you. When you have decided on your team, we then manage the team for you, ensuring the works happen smoothly and to a defined time schedule, incorporating all stakeholders within this plan, leaving nothing to chance.

Final touches and opening
Search and training of staff. Equipment set-up. Purchase of additional and day-to-day supplies. Opening the pharmacy.
